Plain language for people launching a token and people buying the shirt.
Every fee has a price tag. Together they land around 5% of what the deployer makes. The platform never takes a share of the token supply.
Express, base
0.5 SOL
Lane A. Opens the AI store. A tenth, 0.05 SOL, seeds products, photos, and the first ads. No $MOM required.
Express, premium
1.5 SOL
Lane A. Same store, plus priority ads, 30 days featured in the mall, and two extra design drops. The seed is 0.15 SOL.
MOGUL
Free*
Lane B. Hold 100 $MOM and launch once a week. Base features. The launch fee is 0 SOL and the platform pays gas.
Store margin
5%
Taken from profit after costs. This slice buys $MOM. The other 95% buys your token.
Volume
0.10%
A fixed slice of each transfer, swapped to SOL for the treasury. Separate from the defense tax.
Defense tax
0.10–2%
Moves with price and buys your token. Calm is 0.50%. A dump is 2%. A pump is 0.10%. Capped at 3%.
Ad management
10% of spend
Deducted from the ad budget. You keep the campaigns; this pays for running them.
Phygital sale
0.25 SOL
Default edition price. 95% buys your token. 5% buys $MOM. Default size is 100 editions.
Phygital royalty
7.5%
Set on the NFT for marketplaces. Of royalties that actually arrive, half buys your token and half stays with the treasury. Marketplaces can skip it.
Swap widget
0.20%
A fee on trades placed in the token page. Shown before you confirm.
Creator plans
$99 or $299 / month
Optional. Basic keeps drops and ads going. Pro adds support and featured rotation.
*Free means the launch fee is 0 SOL. The platform still earns 0.10% of volume, 5% of merch margin, and 10% of ad spend when those happen. If the token goes nowhere, those fees are zero too.
Free to launch. We only make money if you do. Express pays up front and launches immediately. MOGUL pays nothing up front. The platform pays the gas, then earns only from the success-based fees: 0.10% of transfer volume, 5% of merch margin, and 10% of ad spend.
Express
0.5 SOL, or 1.5 SOL premium
No $MOM. No weekly limit. Instant.
MOGUL
Free
Hold 100 $MOM in the connected wallet. One launch every 7 days. Base features.
The 100 $MOM figure is a holding check. It stays in your wallet. It is not locked. The number can change after $MOM has a price.
A sale becomes margin. Margin splits. Most of it buys the token. Then the next sale starts the loop again.
Two piles, kept apart. The launch fee is SOL. Store profit is the flywheel. $MOM is bought only from the platform’s 5% of that profit. A new token keeps its whole supply. The buyback wallet pays for both purchases and burns the tokens it receives.
A tenth opens the store budget. The rest is the launch fee.
Five percent buys $MOM. The rest buys the store token.
The seed opens the store. Sales refill it. If the budget runs out, ads pause until sales fill it again.
If sales slow and the budget hits zero, ads pause. They start again when new sales refill it.
A Dynamic Hook token withholds two slices on each transfer. The 0.10% platform fee sits in a platform vault and is swapped to SOL. The defense tax sits in a buyback vault and buys that token. The defense rate is reviewed about every 10 minutes against the recent average price.
Under 90% of the average
2.00%
A dump. The higher tax fills the buyback vault.
90% to 110%
0.50%
Calm trading. This is the starting rate.
Above 110%
0.10%
Price is firm, so the defense tax fades.
Ceiling
3.00%
The defense tax never rises past this, even in a sharp move.
$MOM is the platform token. Five percent of merch margin and five percent of each phygital sale buy it on the market. Holding it in the connected wallet is the ticket to a free MOGUL launch. It stays in the wallet. It is not locked.
Launch fees, the 0.10% volume fee, and ad management fees are platform revenue in SOL or dollars. The defense tax, 95% of store margin, and half of royalties that marketplaces actually pay buy the store token. The mint address stays empty until $MOM exists, and the token page says so.
The first 888 store tokens each receive a Founding Store NFT, numbered from 1 to 888. One design, 888 editions. The creator wallet receives it when the token launches.
Redeem it at the redeem page for a physical $MOM hat. The hat is free. Shipping is a flat rate, $6.95 in the current setup. The claim window is 90 days from the mint. After that the NFT expires and cannot be redeemed. Burning the NFT is the claim, so each edition pays for one hat.
Every merch design can also ship as a limited NFT beside the physical product. The default drop is 100 editions at 0.25 SOL. Nothing is held in inventory. The piece is made when someone burns the NFT.
Buyers pick Physical or NFT at the product. An NFT sale follows the same 95 / 5 split as store margin. The NFT can trade until it is redeemed. Size is chosen at redemption, in S, M, L, or XL, within 12 months of the mint. An unredeemed NFT adds one vote and early access to the next drop. These NFTs do not carry the transfer tax. That tax applies only to the store token.
A 7.5% royalty is written onto the NFT for marketplaces. Solana marketplaces can treat royalties as optional, so that fee is a setting, not promised income. Of royalties that do arrive, half buys that store’s token and half stays with the platform treasury. If the product is retired, the NFT can be redeemed for a SOL refund at the original price. An expired, unredeemed NFT has no claim.
A launchpad where every memecoin opens with its own merch collection. People shop the collection. Store profit buys that token on the market, and you can see each buyback.
Yes. The mall is one directory. Each token is its own collection, with its own products, photos, and buyback history.
Express is 0.5 SOL, or 1.5 SOL for premium. MOGUL is free when the wallet holds 100 $MOM, once a week, on the base store. A tenth of a paid fee seeds the store. After that, the platform take is about 5% of what the store makes: 5% of merch margin, 0.10% of transfer volume, and 10% of ad spend. Those fees are zero if the token goes nowhere. The platform buys $MOM with the margin cut. It never takes a share of the new token.
After a sale clears, the buyback is listed on the token page and on the home feed with the amount, the tokens received, and a link to the transaction.
The platform token. Five percent of store margin, and five percent of each phygital sale, buys it on the market. A wallet that holds enough $MOM can launch for free. The mint is empty until that token exists.
A launch keeps its own supply. Mall of Moguls buys $MOM on the market, and it buys the store token with that store’s margin and defense tax.
Each design can also sell as a limited NFT, 100 editions at 0.25 SOL by default. Burn it within 12 months and the physical piece is made in your size. You can trade it until then. A 7.5% royalty is set for marketplaces, and many of them treat royalties as optional.
Checkout is simulated until the commerce partners are connected. You can still walk the whole flow: cart, order, and a sample buyback. A Mock mode badge stays visible while that is true.
On a Dynamic Hook token, each transfer pays two slices. A fixed 0.10% goes to the platform and is later swapped to SOL. A defense tax moves with the price: 2% when price is under 90% of its recent average, 0.50% between 90% and 110%, and 0.10% above that. The defense slice buys that token back. It never goes above 3%.
